Cost reports available for download include Hospitals, Hospices, Renal Dialysis Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and Home Health Agencies.

To download the various cost report files, researchers should refer to the appropriate CMS Cost Report website for instructions.

Files for Purchase - Cost Reports

The cost reports can also be purchased on CD for $100. The CD contains the cost report data in the same relational database format as the download. Please see the CMS cost report web page for ordering instructions.
