The Research Data Assistance Center (ResDAC) is expanding its services to become your comprehensive resource for all research data use agreement (DUA) needs. As of Monday, December 18th, ResDAC will process all DUA actions including closures, extensions and contact changes, as well as continuing to provide assistance completing DUA request packages. Instructions for various DUA updates can be found on the ResDAC website.
This change is intended to streamline CMS data requests and to assist researchers in effectively communicating with CMS about their Research Identifiable File (RIF) DUAs.
To view your organization's current DUAs, please request the DUA Viewer role within CMS' Enterprise Privacy Policy Engine (EPPE). For information on how to request and use this role, please refer to the DUA Viewer Role training.
